1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally processed and dispatched as per the timelines mentioned in our Shipping Policy. Refunds are applicable only in limited cases outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A full refund may be applicable only under the following circumstances:

  • If mobiledisplay.in fails to dispatch the order within 5 working days from the date of order confirmation.
  • If a replacement request cannot be fulfilled due to the product being permanently out of stock.

No other scenarios are eligible for refunds.

3. Returns & Replacement Policy

Replacement requests are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product received is defective.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.

Customers are strongly advised to verify product compatibility and specifications before placing an order.

4. Wrong or Damaged Product Delivered

If you receive a wrong or damaged product:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Clear, uncut, and unedited videos (no pauses) of the product unboxing and packaging must be shared for verification.
  • Upon successful verification, replacement or re-dispatch will be initiated within 7 working days.

5. No Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Cancellation or refunds are not permitted before or after dispatch. Non-acceptance of shipment from the courier delivery personnel does not qualify for a refund.

6. Refund Process

  • The refund or replacement process will be carried out based on the return type selected by the customer at the time of placing the order. Customers are advised to refer to the Warranty & Return Policy page for complete details.
  • For any refund, return, or replacement-related queries, customers may contact us with their order details.

7. Refund Timeline & Mode

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days from: Any approved refund will be processed exclusively through the UPI payment method, regardless of the original payment mode.

  • Confirmation of non-dispatch, or
  • Receipt of the returned product at our warehouse (if applicable).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) or other approved modes.

8. Customer Communication

Customers will be informed via email or phone regarding:

  • Approval or rejection of refund requests
  • Dispatch or replacement status

Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

9. Policy Updates
